One of my goals with this blog is to keep me accountable to do intentional things with my kids.

With 4 of them so little I feel like the days just go by. We read a few stories, watch Sesame Street, Yo Gabba Gabba or the Fresh Beat Band and dance around some and then that’s pretty much it. The rest of the time is diaper changes, laundry and trying to manage the clutter that threatens to take over.
I remember doing potato art at some time as a kid and thought it would be fun for Ian to PAINT! I’m writing it the way he says PAINT! …all caps with an exclamation point!
I planned this as a morning activity to make Valentine’s Day cards for grandparents….well…………..it ended up being an after nap around 4 pm activity. Ya know every time I tried to make the paint...found a recipe here: http://www.squidoo.com/homemadepaint (I made the flour finger paint)...

"Uh-Oh!!! MESS!!!!" (His EXACT words!) |
The important thing is Ian was SO EXCITED to PAINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He had a GREAT time even if he was worried because in his opinion it made a MESS!
I think we need to paint more often!
I'm so happy he had a great time! Glad you were able to get some fun in with Ian in the middle of all the chaos! :) Have a good weekend girl. :)
