Banana Pudding Cheesecake – uh yes PLEASE!

So I’m going to be speaking from a pure food perspective about Easter today (yeah…this is my 3rd Easter post I know…hey it’s a good time of year…you can read my others here & here).

Can I get an AMEN on the tasty goodies that Easter…er the Easter Bunny brings us????

Freaky-deaky huh?

(Disclaimer:  Don't know this child but the bunny was priceless...i wouldn't look it in the eyes if i were you.)

Cadbury eggs, peeps, egg shaped jellybeans and let us NOT forget big old hollow chocolate bunnies holding carrots and sporting candy eyeballs.  I eat those very methodically.  First each ear and then the head, next the torso and finally the legs.  Does this make me sound like a sicko?  I hope not!  I mean it’s a CHOCOLATE bunny people!!!

Moving on…

So this year was especially AMAZING in the food department!

MY MIL made this ridiculous banana pudding CHEESECAKE.  Holy cow it LOOKED YUMMO before I tried it and boy was that observation confirmed!

HELLO DELICIOUSNESS!!

Here’s a photo AND a link to the recipe for all of you!

And yes…of course you are welcome!  J

  2. The bunny! OMG it's awful!

This Easter we went sans candy. We had angel food cake and strawberries - that was all the sweets we had! (Okay...maybe there were some jelly bellies around. But with 13 people eating a little bag of them we didn't get much!)
