Little girls LOVE & a YUMTASTIC RECIPE

Today, I want to feature my RL (and GORG) friend Angel! 

She’s the mama behind Angel's Heavenly Hair Boutique (she's hanging out on my sidebar too!).

Check out a little Q&A below to get to know Angel better!

1)  Why did you start your business and how long have you been open?

     I started this because I have a little girl of my own and lots of nieces and hair things in the stores are kind of overpriced.  The day I saw a little hair clip for $5.00 I thought to myself, “I think I can do this” PLUS it would be a way to make extra income.  I knew it would help with Christmas and birthdays!  I started in September of 2011.

2)  What is the favorite item in your store?

     Hmmm, I would have to say the new flower bows I just started making and bow holders.

3)  Any upcoming things we should be looking out for?

     I am always looking for new things but one thing I want to try are melted spoon roses.  They can be used for a broach or hairclip.

4)  What is your favorite thing about owning your own business?

     I love creating new things and love that I can do it on my time.

5)  What do you love most about being a mom?

     I love watching my children grow and learn new things.  I love watching their personalities develop and I love when they wrap their arms around me and tell me how much they love me.

6)  What is your favorite pastime/hobby?

     Being crafty with my kids

7)  What is your family's favorite recipe?  

     Tater tot casserole

   

     one pound of hamburger ( I always use more)

     tater tots (of course lol)

     1 can cream of mushroom soup

     1 can of milk

     1 jar of ragu cheese sauce (optional)

     1 bag of mozzarella cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour one bag of tater tots in baking dish bake while you are cooking hamburger.  Brown and drain hamburger. Pour hamburger over tater tots, mix 1 can of mushroom soup and 1 can of milk stir it up and pour over top of hamburger and tater tots.  Pour 1 jar of ragu cheese sauce over it (again optional)  Bake for 20 mins.  Take out of oven, cover with shredded cheese and cook until cheese melts.  My family loves this stuff :)
