In a few weeks we’ll be moving our little family of 6 from the burbs
to the country.
I am SO stinkin
excited!
We found an old stone house
that is going to be a BLAST to decorate!
I spent 2 hours on pinterest last night just looking at drop cloth
curtains! You see our budget is well…what
you can call TIGHT. And drop cloth curtains
are not just super cute,,,they are super CHEAP!

ReplyDeleteYay!! How EXCITING! I can't wait to see pictures of your new home :) And I know you're going to decorate it so cute! Thank goodness for Pinterest... it helps make decorating on a budget easy! At least that's what I'm thinking as I'm getting ideas to decorate our nursery!
ReplyDeleteLove the curtain ideas! Also love that your family is going to move out into the country :-) Scott and I want to eventually do that one day. Northern VA country is just way to pretty not to live in it

Love drop cloth curtains. If you paint them though - beware it can be a big pain. Get a lot of paint! Also stitch witchery is awesome for a no sew option! Congrats on the new house and happy decorating.
ReplyDeleteLove me some drop cloth curtains too! I've hung 4 panels of them in my great room and I'm in the middle of painting them right now. Check out my latest post if you care to see a sneak peek of them :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck on the move!

Congratulations on finding a new house to decorate! It sounds amazing, and I'm sure the traffic in the country will be MUCH better than in the burbs...
ReplyDeleteThose curtains are adorable! Love the idea of them in an older cottage style home.
