Scarf & Scripture Swap Reveal

Back in September my AWESOME blog friend Viv @ Big K Fam hosted a really fun Scarf & Scripture Swap.  We were lucky enough to be paired together so we sent each other a scarf & our favorite scripture verse.

First of all, I LOVE Viv!  Seriously, this girl has an AMAZING heart and ADORABLE style!!!

She sent me this amazing scarf!!!  It's huge!!  And I LOVE it so much not only because the pattern is really cute but also it's very versatile.  I wore it just simply looped around my neck in a casual way out and about shopping on Saturday.  BUT, I plan to wear it as a vest next weekend!  Yes, you heard that right...a VEST!  Check out Viv's tutorial on how to convert your scarf to a vest here.

Viv's favorite scripture is Jeremiah 17: 7-8.

Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,

whose trust is the Lord.  He is like a tree

planted by water, that sends out its roots by

the stream, & does not fear when heat comes,

for its leaves remain green, & is not anxious 

in the year of drought, for it does not cease

to bear fruit.

This verse is so unbelievable applicable to my life right now.  We are going through a season of change and little annoyances.  You can read more about that here, here, & here.
